From the beginning, Business Interface has been at the forefront of national advocacy to help employ underserved populations. Our national campaigns and outeach efforts have resulted in:

• Disadvantaged Americans have been connected to jobs with higher wages. These individuals are building new lives and are on the path to achieving a sustainable future. They are now taxpayers no longer dependent on public assistance.
• Successfully rallied businesses to employ qualified workers from nontraditional labor pools to fill critical entry-level jobs. More employers are experiencing lower turnover rates and, recognizing the value of this population’s potential and eagerness to work.
• Communities benefiting from the income generated by the placements. With more disposable income, consumer spending is strengthening the local economy.
