The Baltimore training facility is housed in the Hope Village Community Center , in the heart of the East Baltimore community and it's empowerment zone.   Programs offered in the Baltimore Center include Business Interface's Associated Black Charities Project, which provides customer service and job readiness training to eligible empower zone residents. Business Interface's Customer Service Associate is offered as well as preparation assistance for jobs in the fields of warehousing, call center and hospitality. Business Interface's partners in Baltimore also include the Empower Baltimore Managment Corporation, The Mayor's Office of Employment Development, The Abell Foundation, and the Department of Social Services. To learn more about our Baltimore programs contact us today.

Business Interface is also part of the Ticket to Work Employer Network. Eligible Ticket to Work recipients can receive training and services to help them gain an occupational skill and connect to jobs and other supports in the community.
